Shipping and Handling

Mainland UK (except Highlands and Islands of Scotland):

Delivery is FREE on Orders of £75.00 (ex VAT) or more. Orders less than £75.00 are subject to a contribution towards delivery of £5.79 (ex VAT). Deliveries to the Isle of Wight (PO31-40) incur an additional £6.00 (ex VAT) per consignment surcharge.

Scottish Highlands and Islands of Scotland:

Delivery is FREE on Orders of £200.00 (ex VAT) or more. Orders less than £200.00 are subject to a contribution towards delivery of £16.75 (ex VAT).

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly:

Delivery is FREE on Orders of £250.00 (ex VAT) or more. Orders less than £250.00 are subject to a contribution towards delivery of £23.50 (ex VAT).

Channel Islands (Guernsey, Alderney, Herm, Sark & Jersey):

Delivery is FREE on Orders of £300.00 (ex VAT) or more. Orders less than £300.00 are subject to a contribution towards delivery of £40.00 (ex VAT).


Delivery Schedule

Our normal office hours are 7:00am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday and 8.00am to 12.00pm Saturday. We aim to deliver your order fast - usually 2 to 3 working days! Remote/Offshore areas please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery. Orders placed outside office hours are dealt with the moment we re-open. We carry huge stocks centrally. However, if your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you and deliver the item as soon as possible. If any item has a long delivery date we will endeavour to contact you and advise you of the estimated delivery date.

Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipients are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products. Our courier will attempt to deliver your parcel on three separate occasions before returning the item back to our offices.

On despatch of your goods you will receive an email confirming despatch and details on how to track your order when it has left the warehouse.

For reasons of health and safety and to avoid any property damage, most 'heavy' items can only be delivered to a ground floor location at the delivery address. You must therefore make your own arrangements at your own risk if the relevant item needs to be transported from the delivery location.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read the manufacturer’s care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care and installation instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse or an installation error. Faulty Products

Products that are faulty must be returned within the manufacturers warranty period, which is usually 12 months. The complete product must be returned unless, if agreed by the Company, a specific part may be returned. Products within the manufacturers specific warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or a refund given at the discretion of the Company. Sparky Direct Limited does not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Procedure for Returning Faulty Products to Sparky Direct Limited (or requesting a replacement)

Please email sales@sparkydirect.co.uk with the following information:

  • The order number
  • The date of purchase
  • The product code(s)
  • The reason for returning the product(s)

You will be advised of how the products will be exchanged or of the issue of a refund.

We will arrange for our courier to collect the faulty item from you advising you when this will take place, which will be during Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm. If this is inconvenient to you then you can send the item back to us with a copy of the carriage costs you have incurred and we will refund you the costs up to a maximum of £8.00 (Including VAT)


Non-Faulty Products

Products must be complete and in their original packaging with all documentation.

Products must be returned within one month of the purchase date.

Refunds for any products not required are at the discretion of the Company.

Non-standard products that have been ordered specially cannot be refunded under any circumstances.


Procedure for Returning Non-Faulty Products to Sparky Direct Limited

Please email sales@sparkydirect.co.uk with the following information:

  • The order number
  • The date of purchase
  • The product code(s)
  • The reason for returning the product(s)

You will be advised of how the products will be exchanged or of the issue of a refund.

A handling charge of up to 30% maybe charged at the discretion of the Company. Please check before placing your order if you are in any doubt.

A refund will be given once the returned item has been inspected and agreed that it is in a suitable condition for re-sale.


Procedure if you Experience a Short or Non-Delivery of Products(s)

Please email sales@sparkydirect.co.uk with the following information:

  • The order number
  • The date of purchase
  • The product code(s)
  • The product code(s) that have been short or not delivered
  • Any other information that may be of relevance or help in our investigation.

Our sales advisers will investigate the problem and refer back to you as soon as possible
